With inflations bosom ever inflating, it feels like the squeeze on our financial blouses is stretched to the max (quite a mad men intro). With the festive period knock knocking on our door, there is a propensity to get in a financial tiz. I have found this year more worrisome than most. Being in charge of your ones own salary sounds like a marvellous thing, but in fact, it is pure misery as you are very much at the end of the distribution line. This, coupled with my genuine delight in giving presents, means that I have to do some extra digging to find good gifts which won’t break the bank. I feel that between Char (Tat Employee) and myself, we have come up with some really excellent choices (we would say that). I do hope you agree and that one or two of these can help you out of a tight spot. Realistically, people don't mind what you give them; people know times are tough, and money isn't plentiful. Some wrapped biscuits or a homemade jam is more pleasant than most things you could buy. That sounds very Little Women, but I stand by it.
One last thing to note is that we don't use affiliate links, so all of the below are genuine recommendations, which also goes for the Christmas gift guide. We will continue to update both as I can't help but share some of the terrific things we have encountered.
