See all those things that caught my eye this month and read some of my rants.

Out & About - Sit Down & Scroll

It is quite long, so to receive the full excitement of this article I would give it a click.

If Only If Nightwear

I am going to start with a gift. I don’t get inundated with gifts, but occasionally, something dreamy gets sent my way. This happened recently when If Only If Nightwear gave me one of their exquisite nighties. I have become increasingly despairing at the state of the female nightwear market. You can either find bio-hazard sex kitten or exorbitantly priced PJs, which one can only assume were hand-stitched in a nunnery. Or, in my case, a few large and unsightly t-shirts which I have had for years. To now find this beauty of a night dress has made me extraordinarily happy. Embarrassingly so. It is lightweight, feminine and oh-so comfortable to sleep in. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Good Smells

One thing I do brag about is my sense of smell. It is genuinely my greatest attribute. My husband can’t get over how proud I am of it. With power comes great responsibility, so now my house has to be hazed by good whiffs. The three current smells are - Trudon in the sitting room, Santa Maria Novella (Pot Pourri) in the bathroom and Cyre (Eros) in our bedroom. It's a cacophony of delights for the nostrils.

Nicky Haslam Fabric

We all know Nicky for his marvellous interiors, his jet-setting lifestyle, and, of course, his tongue-in-cheek ‘What Nicky Finds Common Tea Towels’ (as a family, we usually tick all the boxes). However, I feel his excellent line of fabrics gets overlooked. They have such a unique quality to them; they are decorative but not overwhelming, and they pack a punch but don’t leave you with a headache. From what I can see, they are now sold under the Jean Monro banner.
