Out & About - Sit Down & Scroll - October
Here are all the great & good things that I have seen, eaten and admired.
Earlier this month, Scarlett Supple and Saffron Aldridge, the duo behind interior design studio Aldridge & Supple, invited me to lunch in their studio to see their new fabric collection. I am usually anti-lunch; they take up too much of the day, which is troublesome if you work for yourself- time is money. That being said, I was extremely pro this lunch, as it happens to be in the same building as Tat Studio. I went in the knowledge that their studio was going to be superior. My musings were verified, and as I stepped over the threshold, I noticed it had the same floor as mine and that my friends were where the similarities ended. Their studio is a glorious calling card to their designs and an exceptional home to many of their favourite makers. They had artist Mary Norden's collages on the walls and Skye Corewijn's ceramics on the table. This was all in honour of their new fabric collection, a spectacular first collection. They are chic, exciting and incredibly useable!
